Die Stiftungsinitiative „Netzwerk Freier Trainer, Coaches, Supervisoren, Mediatoren, Hochschuldozenten, Lektoren, und Berufspädagogen"  der Stiftung ebwk - der NFT - eine Initiative der gemeinnützigen Stiftung Erziehung, Bildung, Wissenschaft & Kultur- stellt sich vor:

 

 The Initiative was founded 18.9.2004 in the German capital Berlin. She is a community of trainers, coaches, supervisors, mediations, university-professors, lectors and professional educators all called human- resource- professional and wants to be a professionell and functional mental home.

 

Die Stiftungsinitiative wurde am 18.9.2004 in der Deutschen Hauptstadt Berlin gegründet. Sie versteht sich als Gemeinschaft für Coaches, Trainer, Supervisoren und  möchte diesen eine professionelle, fachliche und berufspolitische Heimat sein.

 

In the focus is the exchance of informations and the collegial cooperation in a frame of a culture of teamwork instead of unessential business competition.

Im Zentrum steht Austausch und kollegiale Zusammenarbeit im Rahmen einer Kultur der „Kooperation" statt unnötiger Konkurrenz.
